In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires. Where the context admits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between khall88 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions occurs at the earlier of: (a) the moment you complete the account registration process and click the confirmation checkbox acknowledging these Terms; or (b) the moment you first access any game, betting market, or financial function available on the Platform. Acceptance is an ongoing condition — by continuing to use the Platform following any published update to these Terms, you affirm your acceptance of the updated version.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on khall88. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing, registering on, or placing wagers on the Platform while under the age of 18 years.

Any Account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be closed and the amount subject to chargeback will be treated as a debt owed to khall88.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language at Platform staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel associated with khall88.

khall88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; or at the Player's own request.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written request to support@khall88 from their registered email address. The request should include the full name and Account username. Upon receipt of a closure request, khall88 will process any pending withdrawal of the real-money Wallet Balance to the Player's registered payment method before closing the Account. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 48 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their financial or personal well-being may request a self-exclusion through the Platform's Responsible Gaming settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to a permanent exclusion with no minimum. Closure Due to Breach: Where an Account is closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, multi-accounting, or money laundering — khall88 reserves the right to retain the entirety of the Wallet Balance, including both deposited funds and any winnings, as compensation for damages suffered by the Platform. Where a breach has resulted in an actual financial loss to khall88, the Platform may pursue recovery through available legal mechanisms.

Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. khall88 will notify the Player at their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant Account balances may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month after a 12-month dormancy period, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in and completing any required reverification steps.

Dispute Resolution: Players who wish to dispute a decision made by khall88 in relation to Account closure, withdrawal refusal, game outcome, or bonus adjustment should first submit a formal complaint to support@khall88, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. khall88 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. The Platform's decision following the formal complaints process is final and binding for operational purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's right to seek independent legal advice.
